I took this photo a while back and even submitted it under my old account. I have since been taught a better way for working with black & white photos in Photoshop. I love this photo and love this new version even more
 I met this gentleman in one of the more run down areas of downtown Miami, he saw me with my camera and ask me if I would photograph him. I took about 10 shots of him and gave him $5 for the opportunity. His tattoos tell quite the story, I’m sure his life has been eventful… |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. If I like anything it is the beautiful focus of the back of his head, his hand, and the rest of his body, and making it stand out from the rest of the picture, combined with the high contrast of his body with the tatoo, and the nice leveling.
